DIRECT:
Include a SAE plus $2 for postage, or at least one “New Type” IRC
(Please ensure that any IRC’s sent, have an expiry date of 31st Dec 2009 and are stamped from your post service)

Please do not send Postage Stamps or Currencies other than US$
( Euro Notes accepted, but NOT coins)

Any requests without enough postage or not self addressed envelope will be returned via the Bureau

Any extra funds are most welcome!!!

You can send money for the return postage via PayPal also to the QSL manager if you are afraid your letter can be lost. For more details please feel free to contact me lz3hi@vip.bg

BUREAU:
All bureau QSL cards will be answered after the the DX Pedition.
